I signed up for the rewards program a long time ago but
never got a card. I don't remember my password or
user name either. What should I do?

I have never, ever had any trouble accessing my rewards when I worked with Office Max. However, since the recent merge with Office Depot, I cannot get into the account; I cannot access the rewards which really help me provide quality items for any students who may lack resources; and I am very disappointed. If Office Depot is "canning" the rewards program you should have the common courtesy to send an email to your rewards members and say so rather than just black out the login images and ignore us.

When you stopped sending my ink cartridge recycle check by mail and require me to log in means one thing.... you want to use my email to hustle me. I hate being hustled! When I read the comment section problems with your system for redemption and other issues and many obviously contacted you multiple times, I am not interested. My time is important and I make an effort to recycle but you seem to make it harder. I guess I will toss the cartridges from now on, I do not need the hassle.

I can't log in since they say to prove I am who I am, I need a registration code. They keep saying they will send one but I have never received one. I brought in 10 cartridges on 2/6/17 and I have my receipt for them.
How do I solve this?
